Post by "The Iceman" Konrad Raab on Apr 28, 2016 21:43:50 GMT
James Peterson: At this time, please welcome the newly named "The Iceman" Konrad Raab. You can see Konrad Raab wearing a blue shirt with some jeans and trainers on as he goes to take a seat on the stand as he looks around to see many journalists, even some from Supreme Championship Wrestling company who are also in Japan doing a mini tour as he drinks a little bit of water before he speaks. Konrad Raab: "Thank you James. Yes so you might've heard about my name change and it's true, I'm indeed now going under the name Konrad Raab purely because a lot of my fans got confused on what to call me if it's Stefan or Konrad and since Supreme Championship Wrestling as some of you journalists from that company are here won't allow me to wrestle under Stefan due to legalities, I will now be going by Konrad. That's one of the reasons for this change. Before I get down to talking about the match against Luke Wolfe and Darkthrone, I got a pretty big announcement to make right here and now. I am going to be representing NJFC in an upcoming global wrestling tournament called Manifest Destiny and I know Johnny Bonecrusher and a couple of NJFC stars are going to be representing this company as well to get it to higher heights than ever before against sixty one other wrestlers coming from different companies to take part in the tournament."Of course when Konrad went silent, there's a lot of clicks of the pictures of Konrad due to his announcement as he waits for the camera crew to stop going wild with the picture taking and continues to speak. Konrad Raab: "Now I get onto the match against Luke Wolfe and Eric Darkthorne I'm facing tomorrow night. There's a lot of hype already for this match due to a tie that took place on the last PPV due to us three extending the time which we weren't aware of, but I've shown plenty of times this year that I've been able to be on par with the intense competition in NJFC going through three other guys along with Jason P Davidson to Johnny Bonecrusher to Luke and Eric. All of them I must say are very tough and dangerous individuals like I expected, but those losses I had were against very competitive people which Luke has also experienced losing to experienced wrestlers in this company."Konrad takes a bit of a break for a bit as he takes a bit more of a sip of his water before he continues to speak again. Konrad Raab: "I don't know what his condition is going to be after a very violent fight he had recently with Xplode at EWC One Night Encounter for the EWC title, but I'm sure and hope he's going to be alright on facing me and Eric because I want all of my opponents to be in excellent condition for the match and hopefully can outdo the match we had at Retribution to make it even more special, but I don't want Luke at the same time to focus on trying to cause blood to someone like me because I hate violence in any shape or form and I want Luke to do what he's good at, wrestling and not worry about James Kash being the GM which did cause a little bit of an effect on him last time out. I want him to focus completely on me and Eric because I know what he has to bring in this match."Konrad takes a sip of the water again as there's more clicks of the pictures from the photographers as he speaks again. Konrad Raab: "As for Eric, he's got a massive size advantage, but I can lift guys twice my size as my trainer Chris Richards said in the press conference last time out and I will make sure I'll use that to my advantage, along with some speed and aerial moves I know I can do in the ring as well. I very rarely use them, but on big and talented guys like Eric, I can and I will show him that I'm not a joke and being all about freezing his mouth up with ice cubes to chew on if he thinks he can get away with smirk comments like that. He'll think again as I'm aware of Luke's comments on my moves, but I can accept that and I am in Japan after all to respect this sport and learning all about Japanese wrestling."Konrad pauses for a bit as he pours another glass of water in the glass and takes a few sips before speaking again. Konrad Raab: "Now I can experience more of it as on Monday, I've brought a nice apartment here in Tokyo Japan so I won't have to worry forking out money for an hotel room and enjoy the life of being a Japanese citizen. The thing is I have to win against Luke and Eric because everyone has forgotten that I'm here to win matches and I really like to think I can be competitive against anyone which of course Eric ignores because he only cares about his own achievements, but he's wrong because unlike him, I don't use violence or weapons towards my opponents and I'm going to be the one to capture this special prize which I may get a title shot for the Heavyweight title because I want to be champion in Japan so bad that I've not stopped dreaming about it. I will prove it by overcoming the odds tomorrow night and defeating both Luke and Eric to capture the special prize and take Jason Davidson to his limits once more. Prepare to be Iceinated by The Iceman."Konrad leaves the building to go to the gym before going to Supreme Championship Wrestling house show to wrestle a match before going to his apartment to get some sleep.

Post by Anastasia Hayden on Apr 29, 2016 0:07:07 GMT
As the crew and wrestlers from the previous conference head to the backstage area, it’s time for the Bloody Best Friends to make their appearance. Anastasia Hayden is already primed and ready to go, in her wrestling gear and her signature black Lonsdale jacket zipped up. A few seconds pass and Terry McKenna walks up beside her, in his wrestling gear as well and sporting his own black Lonsdale jacket. Ana tries to interject but Terry cuts her off
“We’re late!”
Terry pushes Anastasia along through the door into the press room where the two are met with camera flashes and hushed chatter. Terry willingly poses for some of the camera, popping his collar for them while Hayden awkwardly stands off to the side, just looking around the room. After McKenna finishes up, the two step over and sit down at the table, moving the microphones closer to them.
“I’m not really sure how to start one of these things. I ‘aven’t needed to do one of these in a long time, lads. Some of you know me, some don’t. I’m no stranger to Japan, but I may be a stranger to you. I’m Terry McKenna. Next to me is my best friend and tag team partner, Anastasia Hayden. Say hi, Ana.”
Ana glares at Terry and then to the crowd of press, just offering a silent wave
“She doesn’t talk all that much. Must be camera shy. So we’re ‘ere. We’re the Bloody Best Friends.”
“Name subject to change.”
“There we go! I knew that’d get somethin’ outta her. I guess we should make it very clear what we’re ‘ere to do. The GPC World Tag Team Championships. The odds are ‘eavily stacked against us and there’s a lot of talented wrestlers ‘ere. I’m not one to be very arrogant or cocky, I let Ana do that. Right, so, I suppose this is the part where you lot ask your questions? Fire away.”
A hand shot up and a man spoke in Japanese. For the most part, Terry understood the question, but an on-stage translator repeated the question in English.
“This is for the both of you. A lot of teams come in here unfamiliar with each other and in your case, you two come in here with only one match together. How do you think that will affect you in this tournament?”
“I ain’t too fussed, mate. Personally, I study a lot of tape before I ever get into the ring with someone. So it doesn’t matter if I’m facing one or twenty opponents. Let’em come. Now, us being inexperienced? Yeah, that could cause some problems. But you know what? I’ve seen even the most experienced tag teams crumble in some form. Everyone is prone to makin’ a big mistake.”
“And I’ve said many, many times that I am the best competitor in the world of wrestling. That alone makes me better than everyone here in this tournament.”
“Cept me, she means.”
Ana rolls her eyes as the next journalist steps up and prepares to ask his question, which gets translated.
“Terry, you haven’t wrestled against many people here, but there is one man you have competed against. In the past, you’ve wrestled with Bryan Williams and won. If you were to meet him again in a later round, do you think you may have a similar fortune?”
“The beauty of professional wrestling is that anything can ‘appen on any given night. As for Bryan, yeah, I beat him, but he’s a very talented individual, anything could still happen. ‘e ain’t my primary focus though. I got a lot of others teams I need to focus on first and if the time is right and Bryan is one of our opponents, I’ll focus on ‘im then. Ana might envision us in the finals already, but I’m makin’ sure we make it past the first round.”
Satisfied with the answer, the reporter sits down and another one asks a question
“For Ana, this is your first time in Japan, what do you hope to accomplish in your first time here?”
“Win the belts.”
It’s a blunt and short question that creates an awkward silence in the air as the reporter stood for a few seconds, expecting more out of her, but eventually he gave up and sat back down.
“I think it’s safe to say that you two are...very different in your outlooks. As mentioned, you’ve got only one match where you two have teamed, but what about your personalities? Inexperience aside, do you think those will get in your way?”
“I got this, Terry. I don’t think so. The inexperience doesn’t bother me. Nor does Terry’s obnoxious happy-go-lucky attitude that I’ve been breaking down. Once that bell rings, we’re focused on winning the match. We can have our differences before and after, but during the match, we’re professionals. We’re not interested in politics or trying to one up each other. We want to win.”
“She said it best. We got our differences, but wrestlin’ and those belts are the only things that matter to us. We’re best friends for a reason! What best friends don’t fight? I ain’t stressin’ our ability either. Winning this tournament is what we bloody want and we’re gonna bloody win it. See? We even match!”
Terry smirks and Ana remains her usual cold, emotionless self. There’s a silence as it seems the majority of the questions have been asked.
“That it?”
With no response from the crowd, Ana wastes no time getting up and heading out of the press room as to where Terry leans toward the microphone
“Thanks, lads!”
Terry waves and poses for a few more pictures before making his own exit from the room.

\\The scene starts as the reporters are seen getting set up for the question and answer portion of the press conference for Tag Team Tropolis. They are seen getting their notes prepared for the next person to come into the room, and give their thoughts and opinions on the event to come. As they continue to get their stuff prepared, the lights begin to flicker a bit. They look startled but continue on. The lights flicker again, and they become even more startled. As they get more of their stuff ready, the lights go completely off. The reporters in the room are not knowing what is going on. All of a sudden in the back the door flies open. On the other side of the door there is a bluish haze going on. A tall figure stands in the door. As the reporters gaze in fear, the figure walks up the aisle way up to the podium. The lights come back on, but this time they are a color blue. the reporters find out that it is "The Deity Of Devastation" Eric Darkthrone standing at the podium ready to receive questions from the media. The reporters begin to ask Eric questions//
Reporter#1: First off i just want to tell you that you definitely know how to make an entrance. You really know how to come in with style sir?
(Eric Darkthrone smirks a bit)
Darkthrone: Style? Making an entrance? No, that it where you are wrong. It is called being true to yourself. it is called making a statement. A statement that is I am someone not to mess with. I am someone that is here to do business. Business that will less me to a greater sense of personal pleasure and fulfillment. Business that will make sure that i reign supreme for all time. I am not here to impress you. I am here to rule you. I am here to dominate you. I am here you invoke my personal dominion over you. What you think of me is no concern. The only thing i that should be a concern to me is my supremacy over those who think they can stand against me.
Reporter#2: Dominion and supremacy? Well i have followed your career, and i will say that those two things are indeed something that you have exhibited throughout your what near ten year career?
Darkthrone: It is either near or over ten years. I never really kept track of how long i have been in this game. but it does not really matter to me. I have been in this game long enough to have amassed forty nine world championships. That i have shown to dominate everywhere that i go. And here will be no different. here i shall dominate, and rule this place with an iron fist.
Reporter#3: Well i do agree with that statement. And since coming to New Japan Fighting Championship, you have lived up to that point. You have been a complete and utter wrecking machine. Dominating everyone that has crossed your path. you have been leaving a trail of tears since joining here. But it seems that the trail of tears have hit a speed bump as of late. It seems as if your path of destruction has been at least temporarily put on the back burner. When youtook on Raab and Wolfe, they seemed to pause your plans a bit.
Darkthrone: Interesting statement you made.
Reporter#3: How so?
Darkthrone: Because while those two may have done that, all they have done is set themselves up for big failure. All they have done is set themselves for utter destruction. You see, they made the biggest mistake of their lives by thinking they were in the same class as me. they failed to understand that i do what i want when i want. At the big event, i will enjoy their annihilation. I will enjoy seeing them beg for my mercy but they will not get it. At the big event, i will send them to their own lost paradise where all there hopes and dreams with stay forever!
\\The scene ends with Eric leaving the podium, and exiting the room//

::The camera turns on to the green room backstage at the Nippon Budokan arena. He is standing there, microphone ready and a big smile on his face prepared for the camera and prepared to ask some questions.::
Interviewer: I would now like to introduce to you, Jordan Ciserano.
::Jordan Ciserano walks into frame wearing a black t-shirt, jeans, and sunglasses. He shakes hands with the interviewer saying hello to him before turning to the camera and smiling trowing up two thumbs up.::
Interviewer: So Jordan, the last match you were in at NJFC ended in a way that I'm sure you didn't like causing you to lose the tag match, this week in your triple threat you are facing one man from that team, Julian Savell. What are your feelings towards him now that he stole a win in your debut match and how will that play into your triple threat?
::Jordan moves his hands under his chin into a thinking position, aiming his head up like he is looking for an answer.::
Jordan Ciserano: My feelings toward him? Well I think it won't come as a very big surprise that he didn't gain any respect from me during and after that match. I wanted that to be a good clean fight so that the best team could win and show how dominate they truly were. Walking into that match I knew that I had a good chance of winning it, I teamed with John Pariah several times before that and I felt that we had our strategy down to win that match. We started to win and then we got screwed from one of Julian's friends so I can't say that he's my favorite person on the planet right now.
Interviewer: I see, and for your match at the triple threat will that attitude add anything to what you were already going to do?
Jordan Ciserano: It definitely adds more of a fire to the match, I'm not just facing a man I'm looking to take down an enemy. Normally I would look to wrestle my opponent with more patience, now I am going to go after him and make sure that the outcome of this match is what the outcome of the last match should have been... resulting in a win for Jordan Ciserano.
::Jordan points at himself with the end of the line.::
Interviewer: But Jordan, Julian is not the only man that you are facing, you are also going up against Bronx Valescence a competitor that has shown he has what it takes to become the best light heavyweight in the ring. What is your strategy against him knowing that you don't have the same attitude towards him as you do Julian?
Jordan Ciserano: Well just because he hasn't pissed me off doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm going to do to Bronx. You were right in saying that he was a great competitor and he does has a bright future ahead of him, I do see some problems though. He seems to hit stiff, now that's all go and well it's just when you go for power you tend to lose speed... you lose speed and you're left vulnerable.
Interviewer: So you're hoping that he is going to try to hit you as hard as he can?
::Jordan laughs at the proposition before acknowledging that that is what it sounded like.::
Jordan Ciserano: It'll allow me to get more shots, two or three, in the time that it takes him to get one, eventually it'll wear him down for sure. Once he's worn down, there's nothing I can't do to him.
Interviewer: A bold strategy for sure Jordan, which means that you are feeling some confidence walking into this match correct?
Jordan Ciserano: You always have to be confident in your abilities. I know that I should have won my last match, I out wrestled them, so I know that I have what it takes to win in NJFC. As for Bronx he's openly admitted that my accolades are greater meaning that I have shown my ability more in high pressure situations, with that he handed me plenty of confidence in this matchup.
Interviewer: Excellent. Now this match isn't for a title, but it isn't for nothing either. What do you think the special prize is?
::Jordan looks at the Interview with a bright look on his face almost saying "finally"::
Jordan Ciserano: I have no clue at all. Could be anything. I'm alright with anything though because I know that I would have earned it, and that's worth any prize in the world.
Interviewer: That sounds good to me Jordan, anything further you want to say?
Jordan Ciserano: May the best man win in that ring.
::With that line Jordan winks at the camera and walks out of frame with a giant smirk on his face.::
Interviewer: Well you heard it here, Jordan's confident, ready, and willing to fight for the reward. It should be one heck of a match.
::With the stage set for an amazing matchup the interviewer is left with a giant smile on his face excited for what's to come, and with that the camera fades to black.::
