Coming to you from the Tokyo Dome here in London England is the second official NJFC press conference of 2016 for the biggest event of the year, NJFC presents: STARDOM I! The scene opens up and immediately the sounds of cameras flashing fills the ears of those watching, live on EWC.TV. The camera pans over to the stage and the lights in the room begin to dim as the theme song of this years STARDOM I begins to play, creating a buzz around the press conference room. Emerging from the darkness is the owner of the NJFC; James Peterson, who waves and applauds those in attendance, as they applaud him back.
[translated to Japanese] James Peterson: Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the STARDOM I press conference!!Applauds reverberate once Peterson finished his sentence, a smile plastered on his face. There's many a murmur and some clapping as the first speaker makes his way up to the podium. The commotion is warranted, as it's none other than the new NJFC Global Champion, the EWC's own Johnny Bonecrusher! He adjusts the mic to his level and clears his throat. He then looks up proudly at the poster for Stardom, and shakes his head in disbelief.
Johny Bonecrusher: What a poster! What a poster. You know, The Johnny never thought he'd once again be as live and in living colour as he is up on that beautiful poster. Wow. Wow.
Johnny wipes from his forehead to the back of his head and exhales as he tries to fathom whether this is just some wonderful dream, or if he's about to wake up in a gutter with Maxwell Schneider. Sorry for the limited knowledge reference.
Johny Bonecrusher: Global. Takeover. Man, what a night that was! The SSE Arena sure as Hell won't forget the likes of Canada's Greatest Athlete, and if it weren't for the Hunchback's illegitimate daughter, I'd have my Global Championship with me right now. And if it weren't for a returning Kurt Newman, I'd have been able to celebrate with my title for more than a few seconds. Instead, I have no title and knots in the back of my head and bruises everywhere else. I'm pissed and in pain, but I'm so high on the rush of being where I am today that it hardly even matters!
Johnny grins and inhales deeply, but as he lowers his head a bit and exhales, the grin turns into a frown.
Johny Bonecrusher: But that's just not how Yours Truly operates, is it? No no, rest assured, Newman's a dead man, and Kinsley's right behind him. You'd think someone on a comeback tour would not want to make enemies right away, especially when they're part of a match to determine a number one contender to the Global Championship riiiiight heeeeere.
The Johnny then gestures at an empty spot on the podium, looking at everyone as if saying "See? See?" Then all of sudden, he pounds his fists onto said podium.
"Newman, pray you lose. Pray you never have to cross my path in the ring. Because if you manage to beat Shelley and Olivia at Stardom, you're gonna understand fully why I'm nicknamed The Johnimant Species in some circles. I'll stalk you, torture you, then finally, with the mercy no animal can muster, I'll maybe put you out of your misery. Maybe."
JBC inhales and exhales deeply, scowling like The Devil himself just possessed him for a moment.
Johny Bonecrusher: But speaking of maybes, you're not my concern just yet. The current number one contender to the Global Championship as far as I'm concerned is. Iceman, Stefan Raab, there's not many people my age still in this business, and fewer still are your age. If I had something to prove at 37, I'm willing to bet you've got even more to prove at 49. That's a problem with me. Not you being almost 50, no, just that, your motivation eclipses my own in that regard. So what's a gal to do?
Johnny once more looks up to the Stardom poster, slowly raising an arm up to point at it.
Johny Bonecrusher: That's my motivation, Iceman. The Global Championship's my motivation. Showing folks like Kurt and Kinsley and X back in the EWC and all the rest of the instigators and detractors what it means to war with JBC. With Canada's Greatest Athlete. All of that encompasses my motivation. I won't be a, what do they call it, a transitional champion? The only thing The Johnny's gonna transition into is a legend among legends! Iceman, you deserve this shot, but the belt? The belt's staying right here.
Johnny pats at the air where his belt would be if it weren't stolen.
Johny Bonecrusher: Fuck.
Some of the people in the audience have a chuckle at what surely was an intentionally lighthearted moment.
Johny Bonecrusher: It's, uh, at this time that The Johnny asks if anyone has any questions.
Many hands go up. Johnny points out a Japanese woman in a black and blue business suit.
Johny Bonecrusher: Black and blue over there.
Japanese Reporter (translated into English via an interpreter): <Asami Sasaki, Chunichi Shimbun. You're not a fan of Ladder Matches. How will you combat your distaste of such high-risk matches when so much is on the line?>
Johnny nods as if agreeing with what the reporter was saying.
Johny Bonecrusher: It's true that Yours Truly isn't keen on climbing ladders to win matches, but I'm just betting my opponent isn't either. I've just gotta be a bit faster than him, a bit nimbler on my feet, and whammo, my first title defense is in the bag. I'm not looking forward to the eventual falling off that God-damn ladder though.
More polite chuckling from the audience.
Johnny Bonecrusher: Anyone else?
More hands fly up. Johnny points out a foreigner this time, dressed in a black and white suit with a piano tie.
Johnny Bonecrusher: Piano tie, go.
German Reporter (also translated into English via an interpreter): <Heinrich Schmidt, Die Zeit. You're taking on one of Germany's biggest wrestling stars at the biggest event of the year in the NJFC. With the pressure on like that, honestly, how do you think you will fare?>
Johnny looks confused at the question.
Johnny Bonecrusher: Are you expecting me to bet against myself? I know the heat's on me, man! But little do you know that that's when I'm pedal to the metal, full-throttle, in your face, and a bunch of other things that translate poorly into other languages! Being a part of Stardom, being part of a title match, being part of a match against the legendary Stefan Raab, none of that's lost on me. I'm done.
And with that, The Johnny leaves the podium, but sticks around to hear everyone else's speeches.

As everyone waits for the next wrestler, a slow clap can be heard in the front row of the media section of the room. Everyone quickly looks over to see a white male sitting with aviator glasses covering his eyes. A cocky smile covers his face as as he looks over at Johnny who's not pleased to see the individual. A sudden commotion fills the room as everyone notices that its none other than……..Kurt Newman. Taking the sun glasses off his face, he begins to address the media and everyone else that will listen.
Kurt Newman: “Tough words from a champ who doesn't have his belt.”
The room starts to fill with commotion again as Johnny grabs a nearby open water bottle from the press conference table and hurls it at Kurt's face. The bottle hits Kurt squarely on the head as security grabs Johnny and pushes him back. Calm and collected Kurt calmly wipes the water.
Kurt Newman: “I just wanted to tell you Johnny that it's nothing personal with what I did to you and Raab…...it was only business. God honest truth Johnny because I have great respect for the two of you and what you've done in your careers…….. and if I could had changed that night I would. Trust me I didn't want to do it. But I did. I didn't do it to spit on your names or your careers. I did what I did to send a message to that man right there.”
~Kurt lifts his finger and points it over at James Petersons.
Kurt Newman: “James I did what I did to make a statement to you and what you think of little old me. The first and last time I stepped in a NJFC ring I had a chance at the Global Championship against Hearst. The match was a draw and before we could go another round I got injured and had to wait until I could step in that ring again. Now I've never asked for anything in my wrestling career. Every since I first stepped in that squared ring I've never asked for anything. I never asked for a match, I never asked for a title…..hell, I never asked to face off against anyone. I either earned it or it fell on my lap. After recovering from my injuries I gave you a ring on my cell phone James. I called you up and asked you if I could come back and if I could get another shot at the Global Title. And you know what you told me James after I made my first request in my wrestling career?”
~The grin on Kurt's face soon goes away as Kurt stares a hole through James.
Kurt Newman: “You said no. That I hadn't deserved a title shot at the Global Title.”
Kurt holds his hands up towards James as he continues to talk.
Kurt Newman: “Look at these hands James. These hands have deserved any match that I damn well please. I cold go to any company in the wrestling industry and you know what? They'd welcome me with open arms and ask me when and where I would want a World Title match because you know why James?…...Because I deserve it. Because I've done so many things for this industry that I shouldn't have to ask for anything anymore. I've broken enough bones. I've spilled enough blood. When Kurt Newman walks down to that ring everyone knows that a five star match will follow and people will pay good money to see a match with that quality. You know this James, Johnny knows this, and the rest of the wrestling industry know this.”
~Standing up, Kurt makes his way over to James Peterson and gets in his face. The only thing keeping the two separate is the conference table.
Kurt Newman: “You spit on my name and you spat on my career James and I don't really appreciate it. And then without even blinking you took an ever bigger dump on it by putting me in a match against two little girls for a number one contendership for the Global title. You could had given me anyone on the roster. King Flip, Luke Wolfe…...hell even fucking Mark Storm…...matches that could had made this company money. Matches that could had gotten people to watch. But instead of legendary matches and putting people in seats…..you put Kurt fucking Newman in a three way match with Olivia Saint and Shelly Silver. What a great way to welcome me back into the industry. That’s why I did what I did at Global Takeover. To get a point across to you James that I'm still relevant in this industry because when word got out that I made an appearance at Global Takeover…...how much media did you get? How many more eyes did we get when everyone saw me hold the title up in the air?”
~Pausing to stare at James a little bit longer, Kurt quickly goes back to his seat and looks back over at Johnny.
Kurt Newman: “So yeah Johnny. It's nothing personal. Just business. You want to kick my ass…...that’s fine. I'll understand if you want to see me in a crimson mask. But you and Raab, you both have been in the industry long enough that maybe you'll understand and maybe instead of bashing my skull in that maybe you'll have a few drinks instead and even have a few laughs while talking about the past. Doesn't matter to me though because at the end of the day……..I have one goal in mind and that is the Global Title. And no one….and I do mean no one is going to stand in my way because daddy needs some gold around his waste…...and the Global Title would look so nice around my waste. Don't you think?”
~The cocky grin comes back on Kurt’s face as cameras flash and the media begins to ask Kurt questions.

James Peterston: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Rick O’Shea!
“Fuel” by Metallica plays as Rick O’Shea walks out from behind the curtain. He is wearing a black suit with a red shirt and a solid black tie. He shakes hands with Peterson and approaches the podium as the music fades out.
Rick O’Shea: How great is this? I’m finally in Japan! I get to compete at the Tokyo Dome! This is amazing! Any questions?
Manny Martinez: Hi Rick! Manny Martinez from the L. A. Times. We have not heard from you since Global Takeover. What are your thoughts on your defeat at that event at the hands of Eric Darkthorne?
Rick O’Shea: I still think I should have won. When I pin a man’s shoulders to the mat and the referee slaps the mat three times, I win the match. When my theme music plays, there should be no question that the match is over. But the referee refused to raise my hand. He claimed that my opponent had his leg on the bottom rope before his hand hit the mat for the third time. How can he go back on his decision like that? Is there replay in NJFC? I would like to see a replay of that. Usually the Olympic Slam is enough to put a man down for three seconds. I thought I did what I had to do to win the match. The referee disagreed and it cost me the win in London, but don’t think I won’t soon ascend to the top of NJFC. Next question.
Wade Keller: Rick, Wade Keller from Pro Wrestling Torch. NJFC has split from EWC and now has their own website and full promotion of their brand, while still maintaining affiliate status. Still, many Brawl, Rampage, and FSW talents are still working with both companies. How do you think this affects the future of NJFC as a brand?
Rick O’Shea: Well, President Mac is the man that told me about NJFC when I met with him to sign my King of the Cage contract last year. He’s been a fan of mine since I wrestled in the King of the Cage tournament in 2009. He and I have talked a few times over the years about working in EWC, but I have never signed a contract with the organization. I am currently only contracted to NJFC. I have only worked under the EWC banner for the King of the Cage tournaments in 2009 and 2015, which is a separate contract, and at WrestleFest, which was allowed due to my NJFC contract. As far as I know, President Mac and Mr. Peterson are still on good terms and are maintaining the talent exchange. I don’t think there will be any effect on NJFC, or EWC for that matter. Both brands will hopefully continue to thrive separately, but also hopefully not burn any bridges. The affiliation with EWC allowed me to wrestle in Rome, and maybe it will take me to other corners of the world in the future. The future is bright, Wade.
Takahiro Yanagihara <translated from Japansese>: Takahiro Yanagihara from Yomiuri Shimbun here. In Japan, no performance venue is bigger than the Tokyo Dome. In NJFC, no event is bigger than Stardom. How big of an honor is it for you to compete at such a prestigious event as Stardom I?
Rick O’Shea: As I said earlier, this is amazing. I’ve competed all over the world. And now I have finally made it to Japan. My first event is in the Tokyo Dome and I could not be more thrilled. I understand that Stardom is supposed to be the flagship event of NJFC. But why is it being called Stardom I? There have been other Stardom events in the past. It’s just as silly of a name as the Xbox One.
Laughs are heard from those in attendance.
Takahiro Yanagihara <translated from Japansese>: Also, I don’t know if you heard, but your opponent at Stardom, Hiroyoshi Suzuki, has said recently that he believes that James Peterson is trying to exclude Japanese stars like himself in favor of American stars like yourself. Do you have a response for your opponent?
Rick O’Shea: As I’ve said before, I’ve wrestled all over the world. I’ve wrestled in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Italy; and the fans love me in all of those places. I would not be surprised if Japan treated me the same way. If it’s at the expense of Suzuki, then that’s too bad and that’s not my problem. It’s also not my problem that James Peterson sees enough in me to put me on the card for Stardom. I’ve found over the years that the best way to earn respect in this business, whether it’s from the fans or from the boss, is to excel in the ring. When I beat Suzuki at Stardom, he will likely have more to complain about. But again, that’s not my problem. Thank you. No further questions.
O’Shea walks away from the podium and behind the curtain.

Post by Luke Wolfe on Feb 23, 2016 23:26:28 GMT
James Peterson walks out on stage and takes a deep breath knowing that the person coming up next is Luke Wolfe, the last time that Luke came out for a press conference he made less than a good impression with the reporters. James leans down and takes a deep breath….
James Peterson: Ladies and Gentlemen… Luke Wolfe
“Evil Ways” By Blue Sarceno plays as James walks toward Luke who is walking up the stairs onto the stage, James stops Luke with one hand to his chest, James speaks a few words but nothing can be heard over the music. Luke doesn’t speak a word, and when James drops his hand Luke walks past him up on the stage and the music stops.
Cameras begin flashing and news reporters begin all speaking over each other. Luke just stares off into the distance. He just waits for everyone to calm down before he even moves toward the mic. Luke stands waiting and the reporters when they realize he ignoring them, slowly calm down and silence fills the room. Luke finally clears his throat and leans toward the microphone.
Luke Wolfe: I’m going to change things up and –
A reporter in the front row stands up to ask a question and Luke cuts him off before he can speak.
Luke Wolfe: Nope-nope… We are going to do things a little differently, no questions. I’ve come to say only a few things and then I’m leaving. So please, just keep quiet.
The reporters around the room all look around and keep quiet, but cameras continue to flicker.
Luke Wolfe: I walked into the NJFC last month in a match that they billed “The best of the best” and I walked into this place and I steam rolled Tanaka, or whatever his name was, you’ll be lucky to see him ever again.
The reporters start to buzz.
Luke Wolfe: And what did I get in return? Did I get championship match? Did I get an opportunity to show the world who the best REALLY is? I mean did I not dominate the “best of the best” match? So shouldn’t I get the opportunity to be “The Best”? Since I proved that I am the best? What kind of place is he running here? Where he hands opportunities to guys who steal championships, in opening card matches. Where do I get put? Upper card in a quote “Junior Heavyweight Showcase”. What exactly is a “Showcase”? A match that means nothing to me, and he gets all the money from a match that he booked. Everyone in this place knows that I’m the best person on the roster. He did after all come to ME to compete in this joke of an organization. I dominated his “Best of the Best” match, I’m the most high profile name here. Now normally, I would just sit back and just dominate everyone in my path, because I didn’t come here to win championships that don’t mean shit.
The reporters start to talk amongst themselves.
Luke Wolfe: Pay attention… The truth of the matter is, the belt doesn’t make the champion, the champion makes the best, especially in this dump. James Peterson threw me in this “showcase” because he wants to “punish” me for the way I behaved last month. Well I have news for him, and everyone else, I do what I want, when I want. The worst thing that James Peterson could do is disrespect the man who won his “best of the best” match. Because if he thinks that Anarchy’16 won’t show up in his organization because we are just too busy in the EWC, that’s laughable. We are everywhere, we are at your desk at work, we are sitting at your dinner table, we are sleeping with your lover. We have people everywhere and we will take from you what means the most to you. If James Peterson thinks that I am making idle threats, all he has to do is spend one night watching the EWC.
Another reporter makes takes the risk of asking a question.
Luke Wolfe: Don’t… Just don’t. So here is what is going to happen, I’m going to dominate this “Showcase” match the same way that I dominated Tanaka. Once again proving that I am the man in this place. Let’s see just how long it takes James Peterson to take notice before I burn his precious NJFC to the ground. Bringing me in could have been the worst mistake he ever made, because the only thing he has done since I came here is piss me off. Yeah, I know you are standing over there James…
Luke turns looking off stage making eye contact with Peterson who is standing with his arms crossed, shaking his head.
Luke Wolfe: Hey James, aren’t you happy you brought me here? You sure seemed happy when you came to my front door begging me to show up in Japan once a month. You sure seemed happy to be signing the only person anyone will care about. So here is what’s going to happen James, when I win this showcase, you’re going to stop playing games with me, and you’re going to give me what I deserve, or I will give you what you deserve. And the NJFC’s fate will be the same as the EWC’s, and I will burn it down! I’m here now, are you afraid? You will be…
Before Luke can speak another word James Peterson walks out on stage and confronts him, putting his hand over the mic. Luke and James exchange words, James appears to be asserting his authority but Luke just starts laughing, he slaps James on the shoulder and walks away, James’ head sinks in disappointment, shaking his head. Obviously not getting what he was hoping to out of Luke Wolfe.
James Peterson: Ladies and Gentlemen… Luke Wolfe… Any questions you might have had for him can be directed to me after the press conference, I will um… answer them as best I can for you.
James goes to introduce he next competitor for the press conference.

Post by Bronx Valescence on Feb 24, 2016 3:58:56 GMT
Bronx Valescence didn’t get the memo. When he had heard press conference once he got to Japan, his first visions was a couple of reporters sitting around and asking questions—because let’s face it: In America, it wasn’t that big of a deal to sit and listen to a wrestler talk about his match, Bronx obviously didn’t know how rabid the Japanese were about the “sport” of wrestling which was obviously a breath of fresh air.
As soon as the cameras started clicking when Bronxy V walked through the door, he kind of flinched, walked out and then walked back in to make sure he was in the right room. Someone in the back clapped when he walked in, but he wasn’t exactly dressed like most of the wrestlers. He had on a purple t-shirt that was designed with a crown atop the bold letters of “Monarchy Wrestling” on the front, a pair of black athletic shorts on his bottom half with a pair of white Nike’s on. Bronx also had a plastic bag in one hand and a gallon jug of water which had been nearly depleted. Bronx had always been told you never drink the water in Japan, at least he thought someone said that. He would try his chances regardless.
“I didn’t know I was supposed to get dressed up or anything…”
Bronx said, not even sitting down at the table. Bronx looked around before he walked to a Japanese press member in the front row, not before he dropped his gallon of water and plastic bag on the table. Cameras began to flash as he leaned down and began untying the tie of the reporter. Once he got it off, he began to tie it in a loose knot around his neck, once he had it adjusted he nodded. Then he made his way up to the chair and sat down before pulling his gallon of water and out of the plastic bag he produced some gummy worms—at least that’s what it looked like.
A couple of the Japanese reporters began to chatter, a translator to the side nodded to Bronx. “This is your time for opening statements, Bronx.”
Bronx held up his hand and grabbed the gallon of water and took a deep swill from it before he smacked his lips and sat it back down, then he opened the bag of gummy worms and popped a few into his mouth, then began to talk with his mouth full of said gummy worms.
“Well…Uh…Damn.”
His knee started to bounce up and down as he just realized how bad he had to pee when he sat down. Suddenly the gallon of water a day to stay hydrated sounded like an awfully bad idea.
“Ugh. I have to..Nevermind. This isn’t going well is it?”
Chuckles filtered through the crowd as lenses were trained on him, he had something to live up to. After all, his popular stemmed from social media, so they were expecting him to do just what he did on Twitter, which was entertain.
He had bad news, he really had to piss.
“I’m happy to be here in Japan. I think the amount of talent that this company has brought in is some of the best collection of talent I’ve ever seen. I wish I could walk into this room a champion for you guys tonight, but that isn’t the case. Although I’m not a champion, I know this match is as good as any championship match in the world. I think it’s going to be easy for these guys to write a guy like me off, but they’re quickly going to find out that I carry a lot of clout, and I move the needle. They win this? Nothing. But if I win this, social media explodes. I’m not than that though. I’m more than 140 characters. I’ve proven it time and time again, and I plan to prove it against Eric Wolf or whatever his name is, which by the way, isn’t Wolfe the most generic wrestling name on the planet, eh? And a guy I’ve followed, Ryan Kidd. If they take me lightly, I walk in this match. Bank on it.”
Bronx lifted his head and tossed a few more gummy worms back as he waited for questions. A Japanese man in the back raised his hand and spoke something in Japanese. Bronx just stare blankly at him.
“I don’t know what in the hell you just said.”
The translator shook his head.
“He wanted to know why would the Japanese fans take you seriously, after all, you come with a lot of controversy on Twitter. Do you think that will hurt you here?”
Bronx nodded as he folded his hands on his chin, his foot still tapping quickly as he still had to pee really bad.
“I think…People who say that or think that. They need to look at my track record in every company I’ve been in. In GIW I stayed in the main event, 4CW I did the same thing, NGW I was and am a multiple time champion. Here will be no different. I’m a competitor deep down, and while people point and laugh at the Twitter stuff. I just bait them in. It doesn’t have anything to do with what I do in the ring. I work just as hard as everyone else, and when the bell rings. The jokes are left at the door. Kidd and Wolfe? I respect them as competitors over here in Japan, but over in the states I would probably be calling them a let down and Mr. Generic. You can figure out which two I’m talking about. Now…”
He winced and held at his bladder, a couple of other reporters raised their hands but Bronx held up a hand.
“That will be all thanks!”
Quickly he grabbed the gallon jug and the gummy worms and rushed from the press room to go look for a bathroom, taking the tie with him.

Post by Takashi Shinobu on Feb 24, 2016 12:12:29 GMT
James Peterson: Thank you Bronx. Ladies and Gentlemen I'd like to introduce to you at this time, someone Japanese natives will be familiar of. Before the closure of NJFC in 2013, this man was one of the most captivating superstars on the roster, managing to attain the Junior heavyweight title, win the Stairway to Stardom match which gained him access to the heavyweights division, and he even added the Heavyweight title to his accolades. Ladies and gents, Takashi Shinobu.
Peterson finishes his sentence and so does the translator, and applauses ensues through the press conference room as walking towards the podium is the all so familiar Takashi Shinobu, dressed in a white t-shirt with a blazer covering it, blue jeans and some smart black shoes. A smile is plastered across his mouth and a look of happiness in his eyes. Takashi is home. A reporter immediately stands, a piece of paper with all their questions in his hands and poses the first question;
Subtitled to English: Takashi Shinobu, welcome back! It's good to have an NJFC original back home. You're one of the most accomplished NJFC stars of the new generation. You've reached the heights of what wrestlers can't even imagine. But you have to start from the bottom again.. tell us, how does that feel, knowing that you're going to have to start at the bottom, when you left off so well?
He clasps his hands together contemplating the answer he's about to give.
Shinobu: [subtitled] It's good to be back. I understand what you mean and I understand why people would be annoyed, I was in a position last time round where I was competing in the heavyweights division and now I must contend in the junior heavyweights. But this doesn't annoy me. This doesn't annoy me because this is a new start for this promotion, a new era and I'm proud to be apart of it. Everything I've accomplished, everything I've done, I've worked for. I never had anything handed out to me! I never had people on my side from the hierarchy. I've accomplished everything on my own and I plan on doing the same. The NJFC titles that were here back in 2013, they're long gone and now, I've just got to focus on the new titles that have come about. The new challenges, the new opponents, it's a new start for me.
A sea of hands flood the camera screen, which is located at the back of the press room. The scene transitions to a closer shot of the superstar, who is still smiling and points to one of the reporters.
Subtitled to English: Takashi, you come back to NJFC and you're in the match opener alongside your friends Asuka Yoshiro and KOJIMA taking on the team known as the Rebellion. A trios division has already been announced via twitter, and yourself, Yoshiro and KOJIMA interested in competing in the division?
Shinobu: [subtitled] I wouldn't be opposed to it. I've never competed in a trios division before so that may be interesting. It's early doors right now but I think we'll sit down and talk about it. Asuka and KOJIMA are already accomplished within the tag team division, I'm sure they'll want a crack in a trios division. But right now, the only thing I'm focusing on is the match and I'm excited for it. I've heard of Joey Edwards of course who was in the promotion before and he's a very talented wrestler. Gio Moriello too as well as Vincent Van Hendriks. They'll want the win as much as we do because they'll want to start off with a bang like everyone does on their debut. They've been a team since 2013 so they have a lot of chemistry, they've had a lot of time together in the Dojo just simply training. They know what's required of them but so do we. This is a massive opportunity and we've got to take it.
Subtitled to English: Hello Takashi. The match is being contested under EXODUS rules, meaning no disqualifications, no count outs, anything goes, and with elimination rules in place. A very different approach to the trios division, whats your thoughts on this?
He chuckles a little before answering.
Shinobu: [subtitled] It's unorthodox to say the least! I love it! It's something different that keeps us as wrestlers on our feet, constantly thinking, constantly planning and it should be a lot of fun! It's chaotic and dangerous and that resembles the style of wrestling I promote. The Rebellion will welcome that I'm sure of it, we certainly do as a team.
Another arm shoots up as Shinobu finishes his sentence.
Subtitled to English: You've talked about your opponents having the same mindset as your team in terms of wanting to win, you've talked about your opponents having a lot of chemistry; you obviously have a lot of respect for your opponents. What will be the difference between the two teams? Why do you think you're going to win the match?
He coughs, covering his mouth before answering.
Shinobu: [subtitled] The difference, is very small. Competing in the Tokyo Dome is a massive thing and myself and my partners have had the pleasure of competing in it on numerous occasions. Whilst our opponents have a rare experience in there, we'll certainly have the fans on our side, we'll certainly have the experience of competing in the Dome. But it all depends on the night. It depends on who's going to walk out wanting it more. This is our homecoming, and we've got a lot on the line, a legacy that we look to continue. That's why I believe we're going to be walking out the victors.
He stands up and says his goodbyes to applause, as Peterson pats him on the back and introduces the next participant.

James Peterson walks up to the podium with a smile on his face. James taps the microphone a couple of times before leaning forward to speak into it.
James Peterson: Moving things along here I would to...
James is interrupted by the sound by “Onto The Next One” by Jay-Z featuring Swizz Beatz playing through the PA system. Each and every single one of the reporters and media personnel stand on their feet as a wide grin begins to spread across Peterson's face.
James Peterson: As I was saying allow me to proudly introduce you to one of the participants in the Stardom main event and the #1 contender to the GPC Heavyweight Championship belt. Ladies and gentleman here is Jason P. Davidson!
James steps away from the podium as Jason walks on stage this time dressed from head to toe like popular Japanese anime character from the series Dragon Ball Z known as Vegeta. There is a loud cheer from the media personnel as Jason shakes hands with James before taking his spot at the podium. He poses as a rapid fire of flashbulbs go off before his music dies down and he speaks into the microphone.
Jason P. Davidson: Nice costume, huh?
There is a roar of approval from the media personnel even a few chuckles from his fellow superstars here at today's press conference.
Jason P. Davidson: I figured it was appropriate since I'm just a few shorts days away from going Super Saiyan on John Pariah live at Stardom!
A sly grin spreads across the face of Jason as he gets another loud roar of approval and another round of rapid fire pictures snapped off. Once everyone settles back down Jason takes a deep breath and speaks into the microphone once again.
Jason P. Davidson: However on a serious note as I stand here at this podium and I take a moment to think about Stardom. To think about the fact that in less than a week I'm going to be in the main event of the biggest event this company has ever seen with a chance to become the GPC World Heavyweight Champion.
Jason chuckles a bit nervously before speaking into the microphone again.
Jason P. Davidson: The gravity of the situation isn't lost on me and as you all stand here and listen to me and everyone else talk whether it be about their own matches or the fact that they are on the promotional poster for this event. Or about how they feel slighted because they won some best of the best match.
Jason turns and looks over towards his fellow wrestlers.
Jason P. Davidson: Each and every single one of them whether it be Luke Wolfe, Kurt Newman, or Flip Fuckin' Fields are thinking, scheming, and plotting ways they can interject themselves into the biggest match this company has ever seen or put themselves in position to be the next man or woman in Flip's case to be the next contender to the GPC World Heavyweight Championship belt.
There is a shouting and agreement towards Jason's point from his fellow wrestlers here at today's press conference.
Jason P. Davidson: And I'm here to tell each and everyone single one of you... that John Pariah isn't the man that you need to concern yourselves with. I'm here to explain to you right to each and every single one of your grimy little faces that at the end of the night John Pariah will NOT be walking away the new GPC World Heavyweight Champion.
Jason pauses for a moment and turns back to the media while pointing over towards Pariah.
Jason P. Davidson: Of course he'll come up here and tell you different. He'll come out here with some twisted ass reason on why this time will be any different than the last time. He'll try to make you believe that he actually stands a chance or that he has this match in the bag. He'll tell you that I have a choice... whether it be tap out or...
Jason narrows his eyes and looks towards Pariah.
Jason P. Davidson: What was it? Tap out or Tickle me? That's right, Hashtag it, make it real John. The point is John that you're outclassed, outmatched, and when it's all said and done? You're going to wish you had retired each of the previous 37 times you announced it before.
Jason turns back towards the media.
Jason P. Davidson: You've all seen the news, heard about the partnerships and affiliates that this place is gain by the day. This isn't just some small little promotion that people won't remember in three months. This is a brand, a powerhouse, a force of nature in the Mecca of professional wrestling here in Japan and me? I'm the fucking leader of the pack, I'm the main fucking attraction and I'm King of the fucking court. Whether it be wrestlers from Japan, from NGW, IPW, UWL or anywhere else in the world. They are going to be coming here. They would going to be staking their claim and trying to be the man that becomes the GPC World Heavyweight Champion. But not because of John Pariah, Johnny Bonethumper or anyone else on this stage.
Jason shakes his head.
Jason P. Davidson: It's because they all will want to be the first to slay the undefeated monster that is Jason P. Davidson and claim the GPC World Heavyweight Championship as their own. So be it next month, after the match or even during it I dare each and everyone single one of you to try and stop. Try and defy my date with destiny. Try and stop me from winning what is rightfully mine because I am the stick in which the rest of you will be measured and once Stardom is over.. you will all bow down to the King as he rules over his kingdom with an iron fist.

Post by "The Iceman" Konrad Raab on Feb 25, 2016 0:42:18 GMT
James Peterson: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome your number one contender for the NJFC Global Championship, "The Iceman" Stefan Raab."Walking in the press conference room is Stefan Raab who's wearing a full suit due to him being a title contender in this upcoming match for the Global title. He goes to take a seat in the press conference as he sits to let the photographers take a few pictures of Stefan, more than before since title contenders get quite a bit of time to have pictures taken. There's also some bottles of water nearby as he grabbed one and removes the cap to take a sip of it before he speaks towards the cameras and the journalists as he begins to speak. Stefan Raab: "Thank you very much James. All month long, I've been asked by a few people about the attack Kurt Newman did to Johnny and myself. For now, I'm not going to worry about him because it's not the right time for to talk about it because I've never been the one to get ahead of things. Anyway, I did stay backstage after the match I had against Jace Davidson to watch the battle royal to look out for my future opponent's strengths and weaknesses for the global title match which Johnny Bonecrusher won, outlasting ten other wrestlers in the match to become champion. I decided to shake his head before we came eye to eye to get the fans excited for the match."Stefan takes a bit of a breather as he drinks more of the water before he spoke again. Stefan Raab: "Johnny Bonecrusher has the most prestigious title in NJFC right now and from what I watched in the battle royal, I have a lot of respect for him because he respects this business like I do and we all know what he's capable of as he's spent eighteen years to be so experienced in this business that I have to view this guy as a huge threat and I do just from that and the amount of titles he's won and I'm sure he knows that I will show him what I got in the ring because I'm here for to learn about Japanese wrestling and bringing the best of my wrestling abilities to him, being excited to face him for the Global title."Stefan had nothing bad to say about Johnny at all as he knew he's got a tough task ahead of him to defeat him, but it's more to do with the stipulation as he shakes his head and even sighs he has to point out something. Stefan Raab: "While Johnny has had ladder matches before, this is my first one because I've never wrestled in a ladder match in my life as I'm very strong with my morals on never using weapons in matches and I won't attempt to hit Johnny with a ladder because I'm better than that. Just because I've not had any ladder matches, doesn't mean I've been training for this match because thanks to Colby Rhyann, he's been helping me train for a ladder match and knowing how it all works and told me to climb up and win the title. I know it's a shock, but I had to tell the truth about this and I really dislike weapon matches a lot because I rather pin or submit Johnny without cheating tatics to win."Everyone including James gasp at Stefan because of what he said about having no ladder matches at all in his almost four years of being in this business as he takes more of a sip of his water before speaking again. Stefan Raab: "But little do people know, I'm willing to do everything I can to win and the only time I'll use a ladder is to set it up to climb up to the top to capture the Global title. I'm hungry and determinded to win the Global title and here's another thing to take note of, I've won all, but one title match in my career which I'm quite proud of and it's all down to the massive amount of training I do before each match, but I push myself so much harder to win titles because every title win I've had in my career means a lot and I know this Global title will mean a lot more because of how much presige the title value has over others I've held before and more so my opponent who's so respected that I have to be on my complete A game and he'll see for real what I can actually do and most of all, overcome my weaknesses of fears of looking at a weapon, let alone using one which is why I have something to put on my face here."Stefan gets something out of his pocket as it was the blue and white mask he wears while he wrestles as he places it over his face as he drinks all the water in the bottle to speak once more. Stefan Raab: "I feel I have to push my limits a lot with this match and I will upset all the odds, knowing now I'm a complete underdog which is a very nice feeling to have because I've never felt like this in a very long time and I will show the whole world that the least experienced wrestler with ladder matches to accomplish this goal of climbing the ladder to become the new NJFC Global Champion. Can Johnny Bonecrusher break the German Ice Block? Who knows because his time as champion is nearly over as I will raise the crystal ice belt above my head, achieving everything I need to do in the ladder match."It's all Stefan had to say as he stands up and leaves the conference room to sign autographs and pictures for the fans before heading back to the hotel to do a lot of gym work for twenty four hours.

Post by Tara Davidson on Feb 25, 2016 0:44:36 GMT
As "The Iceman" Stefan Raab steps away from the microphone and takes his seat among the other NJFC superstars who have gathered together for this press conference in front of the rather sizable crowd of fans and reporters still snapping away pictures on all of their cameras causing brilliant flashes almost all of the time. Every single member of the audience is eager to discover who will be the next NJFC talent to step out for their moment in the spotlight. A small hush falls across the audience right before "Blood" by In this Moment begins and James Peterson approaches the microphone as he puts his hands together in a clapping motion to properly greet the new GPC Fighting Junior Heavyweight champion.
James Peterson - Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the brand new GPC Fighting Jnr Heavyweight champion... Tara Davidson!
Almost as soon as those words have come out from his mouth and have echoed out across the entire room thanks to the microphone, Tara Davidson herself is stepping out onto the stage with her mouth set in a grim line of determination, there is no golden championship belt to be found in her possession as she approaches closer towards the microphone. Instead her hands are found to be empty as she brushes both of them down across the front of the black dress she is wearing. The music fades down and still there is a lot of buzzing to be heard inside of the room as the crowd is filled with excitement and the cameras continue to flash as they take in every single movement which Tara Davidson is making. Her lips have barely even parted before a reporter has cut through the noise of the room delivering the first blow.
Reporter - Tara! How does it feel to know that Flip Frields is still holding on to your GPC Fighting Jnr Heavyweight championship belt?
Tara's eyes narrow for a brief moment before she turns up the corners of her mouth into a small smirk.
Tara Davidson - I'm sure that Flip thinks himself to be quite clever in having stolen the championship belt that he lost in the first place. Wow. That kind of proves to the world the exact kind of man which Flip is in the first place, now doesn't it? He was fighting tooth and nail to disprove any opinion that I had of him and in one single move he went ahead and proved all of my words to be the damn truth. Who else but a damn coward would steal championship belts in an effort to continue to portray himself as being relevant in this business?
Reporter - Don't you think that it was a bit much for you to demand that he be suspended and have his entire home be raided all for the sake of having your championship belt be returned?
Tara Davidson - Not at all.
Those words slip out almost as quickly as the reporter asked the question and Tara finds herself needing to take a brief pause before she continues with her response. She brushes back a few loose strands of her hair which has fallen across the side of her face as she gently clears her throat before returning her lips closer towards the microphone.
Tara Davidson - Anyone else who would be proud to call themselves a champion would have demanded the exact same thing. Why should I want to see Flip walking around with a championship belt that he does NOT deserve? Make that two championship belts seeing that him and his doped up little sidekick thought it would be hilarious to steal the Global championship belt as well. All for the sake of what exactly? Was that simply Flip throwing a temper tantrum like a god damn child because he couldn't accept the fact that he lost? Was it all worth it now when your future is hanging on by a thread? There is going to be nowhere for Flip to run at Stardom. He's certainly not going to be able to rely on help from his little nurse either and I'm not going to allow for him to make a fool out of me twice. That is MY Jnr Heavyweight championship belt and at Stardom it's coming back home with me where it belongs.
Once again the corners of her mouth turn up into a small smirk as she shakes her head back and forth in a slight manner almost like she thinking back upon a joke she has heard once before in the past.
Tara Davidson - What is it that Flip so loves to say all of the time? "Hail to the King"? Something along those lines. Well, at Stardom, the supposed King is going to learn what it means to bow down to his Queen.
The crowd responds almost immediately to this comment as Tara offers a playful wink for the benefit of the press which is once again making sure to capture the entire moment before she turns away from the microphone to take her seat over towards the side of the stage.

Post by Dylan Knight on Feb 25, 2016 23:27:14 GMT
Dylan Knight is the next star to walk out, he takes a look around with a grin on his face, he takes a seat and instantly takes control of the situation.
DK: before anyone comes out with pointless ass questions the a monkey could come up with.... Let me speak. I eliminated the most competitors in the battle royal in London and this time at Stardom I take on Jason Hunter. Well let me assure you all, the hunter will become the hunted by the Knight of New Japan Fighting Championship. I'm going to defeat Jason and then I'm going to go on to bigger things. Jason Hunter I hope you're tired, because for you.... It's Knight Time!!!
Dylan hops up from his seat and slams the mic down on the table and leaves. Leaving the rest in shock.

’The Miracle’ suddenly hits the room as the lights dim to pitch black. A single spotlight lights up one corner of the stage as a young woman walks out in a golden dress resting just above her knees. She walks to the podium as the spotlight follows her every step.
Young Woman: Ladies and Gentlemen My name is Summer and I am the First Professional Lady of Professional Wrestling.
Reporters start raising their hands and barking out questions. Summer quickly motions for them to all be silent before returning a pleasant smile.
Summer: Now now, let’s not be rude here folks, I was talking and when I’m talking you all keep quiet and pay attention. Now before I was so rudely interrupted.
Summer snaps her fingers and soft music begins to play throughout the room.
Summer: No Matter Who You Are….
Or What You Believe…

’The Miracle’ begins to play throughout the room once again as the spotlight returns to the corner of the stage. “The Miracle” Talon Miles slowly steps into the spotlight decked out in an all white suit. Aviators and a straw fedora hat rest on his head.
He slowly begins to bounce swaying from left to right with his arms extended to the side before he makes his way over to the podium. He kisses Summer across the cheek before stepping up to the microphone.
Talon Miles: Ladies and Gentlemen I am That Miracle that Pro Wrestling so desperately needs. A notion that is clearly known to the owner of New Japan Fighting Championship James Peterson.
You see James Peterson called me up personally and told me that NJFC needed a man like me on his roster. A man that had my talents and abilities are tough to come by so he opened up his checkbook and said name your price.
Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, “The Miracle” Talon Miles is here and I’ll be here for a very long time to come. Believe me when I say you have never seen talent until you have seen me perform in the ring.
Come Stardom I, I face off against Josh Garth and I guarantee you this, that I will walk out the winner and one step closer to the NJFC Junior Heavyweight Championship.
Talon Miles stands tall at the podium before turning to his left and making his way back across the stage.
