Arashi Takeda & Masayuki Asami vs. Leo Lions & Trey Bouchet The crowd was hot for the first 'Road to' show of the year and they were particularly pleased to see two Dragon Dojo students in Arashi Takeda and Masayuki Asami make their way to the ring for the nights opener. The two debutants, Leo Lions and Trey Bouchet, made their way to the ring separately, and immediately showed respect to one another, fist bumping as they exchanged tactics by their corner. Arashi Takeda and Leo Lions started off the match for each team, with Lions displaying glimpses of his technical prowess, wiggling his way out of a combination of holds and reverse the situation onto his opponent. Takeda gained the upper hand after a shoulder barge that saw Lions hit the canvas heavy. Once Takeda bounced off the ropes, Lions was up like a lightning bolt, leaping over an impending Takeda with a leapfrog, before nailing him with a sweet dropkick to the head. Lions would perform a series of take-downs, arm-drags and chops to the chest of Arashi by the corner of the ring, before making the tag to his partner for the night, Trey Bouchet. The Suplexpert gained n a flock of new fans after performing several German suplexes on Takeda. He even asked a section of the fans what suplex they wanted to see, and when they replied with Dragon, he hit exactly that on Takeda.
Somehow, Takeda stumbled back into his corner to make the tag to Asami. Asami would enter the action, only to meet the same fate as his partner, being hoisted into the air and pummeled down into the canvas with several German suplexes by Bouchet. Asami was still on his feet, showing his fighting spirit as he went for a suplex of his own on Bouchet. The Suplexpert countered with a small package pin attempt, Asami kicked out and Bouchet jumped out afterward, giving him the notorious Dikembe Mutombo finger wag “The ‘Plex Factor, popping the crowd. He made the tag to Leo Lions, who performed his signature Lion Pounce (Cross Body from top rope) for a two count, as Takeda would break up the pin. Bouchet reentered the ring, taking care of Takeda as he performed Three Rolling German Suplexes followed by a Release German Suplex into the ringpost for the “Quadra-Plex”. Meanwhile, Lions took care of Asami, performing his finishing Lion's Den (Three Northern Light suplexes in a row with the last one being a bridging pin) for the win! Winners: Leo Lions & Trey Bouchet (06:02)
Katrina Papadakis & Ricky Valero vs. Moonlight Rose & Shiro Ibushi It was clear before the match had even started that the fans were rooting for the team of NJFC original Shiro Ibushi and new signing Moonlight Rose. Another NJFC original in Ricky Valero would mock the veteran before the bell had even rung, reminding him of the loss he suffered to Bryan Williams in under five minutes at A New Hope. Ibushi responded by mocking Valero, reminding him he failed to advance in his qualifying match for the Global title, which started Valero's violent barrage of attacks. Ibushi and Valero would exchange strikes for the early portion of the match, with Ibushi overpower Valero frequently. Ibush delivered a serious chop to the chest of Valero, one that echoed through the arena and left a red mark, glowing on the pale skin of Ricky Valero.
Ibushi attempted a backbody drop but Valero would land on his feet, hitting a step-up enziguri followed by a turnbuckle powerbomb in his corner. Katrina and Valero would interchange, taking turns on beating down Ibushi, who seemed out of fit, yet again, as the fans encouraged him, chanting his name. Moonlight Rose eagerly bounced on the apron, extending her arm as Ibushi could finally counter one of their attacks, ducking under a double lariat attempt and making the hot tag! Moonlight Rose gracefully entered the fray and wowed the crowd with her performance, immediately taking both Valero and Katrina down with a springboard missile dropkick. Rose would then focus on the legal competitor, Katrina, delivering an arm-wrench head kick, followed by a half and half suplex. The former OCW Paradigm Champion was making quite the impression, showing off her submission skills as she locked Katrina in a variety of holds in quick succession.
The Greek Goddess Katrina rolled to the outside of the ring to evade a pin attempt, recuperating with her partner, Valero. Moonlight Rose would then perform one of her high-risk moves, with a low-rope suicide dive taking out both opponents! Rose rolled Katrina back into the ring and attempted a pin, but again, only a two. She made the tag to Ibushi and the duo would look to hit a double lariat on Katrina. Katrina bounced off of the ropes, with Valero slapping her back to make the tag. Katrina ducked under the double lariat, grabbing Moonlight Rose by her hair and yanking her down to the canvas. Ibushi turned into the path of Valero, who performed his finishing The Franchise Tag - Cobra Clutch Suplex, for the win! Winners: Katrina Papadakis & Ricky Valero (11:29)
Mitsuo Shimada & VLADISLAV vs. Daisuke Chono & Keiji Suzume
The unorthodox team of Mitsuo Shimada and VLADISLAV raised eyebrows amongst audience members as they made their way down to the ring, separately. And as they stood in their corner, the two men would exchange brief words, as head trainer of the Dragons Dojo, Daisuke Chono, briefed one of his students in Keiji Suzume. The match would start off with Shimada and Chono playing cat and mouse as Shimada tried to frustrate his former mentor, Daisuke Chono. Chono wasn't playing around though, and once he got his hands on Shimada, he took Shimada back to his times in the Dojo, connecting with several crisp strikes. Shimada smirked, asking his former mentor whether that was 'everything you've got?'. Chono attempted another strike but Shimada evaded, delivering a quick flurry of combination strikes, culminating with a step up enziguri. Chono staggered back into his corner and Keiji tagged himself in, roaring as he rushed into the ring. Shimada chuckled at the sight of him, turning toward his tag partner VLADISLAV and making the tag.
Professional Wrestlings Final Boss towered over Keiji Suzume, who attempted to beat at the chest of VLADISLAV, to no avail. VLADISLAV made a statement out of Keiji, chopping the soul out of his chest by the corner of the ring. He enjoyed it and the fans did too, counting along as he delivered thunderous chop after thunderous chop. VLADISLAV stopped after thirty chops to the chest and Suzume stumbled out of the corner, coming out of that experience a changed man, looking dazed and confused. He walked back into the path of VLADISLAV who greeted him with a giant big boot to the face. VLADISLAV grabbed Keiji by his hair, dragging him up like a ragdoll, before finishing him off with The Iron Curtain (Burning Hammer) for the win. Winners: Mitsuo Shimada & VLADISLAV (04:34)
Avalon Vega & Cannon vs. Ryu Nishimura & Kimihiko Umino As Nishimura and Kimhiko made their way to the ring, Avalon Vega and Cannon attacked them from behind. Boo's echoed through the Dojo which only encouraged Vega and Cannon to add more fuel to their assault. Vega ordered a section of the crowd to get up from their seats, which they obviously did, as Nishimura and Umino were sent crashing into the chairs. Vega and Cannon posed on the outside of the ring, with Vega striking her signature muscular pose whilst Cannon remained cool, calm and composed. The referee demanded the action get brought into the ring and Vega held her thumbs up towards them, grinning as Cannon rolled Nishimura into the ring. Umino tried to fight Vega on the outside but Vega wasn't having any of it. She slapped her across the face and Umino crumbled to the floor. Whilst in the ring, Nishimura staggered to his feet as Cannon charged towards him, leaping up into the air and landing his finishing Hand Cannon (Superman Punch) for the win! Winners: Avalon Vega & Cannon (00:43)
After the match, NJFC Global Champion, Brennan Devlin, appeared through the curtain alongside his tag team partner of TeamHatface, Cecily Golding. Devlin got on the microphone and congratulated both Avalon and Cannon for their wins, offering them official Devlin-Gun t-shirts. He said that he needed strong soldiers for his army, and that Avalon and Cannon were the perfect fit for his vision. The Face of Wrestling went on to proclaim himself as the true savior of New Japan Fighting Championship, noting how everyone from the Dragon's Dojo who participated tonight lost their matches tonight, including the highly respected head trainer, Daisuke Chono. He continued, calling the Dragon's Dojo a sham, suggesting that NJFC should build a dojo in his honor, as he is a Japanese wrestling legend. The champion then reminded everyone that he beat their favorite, MYOJIN, and that he'll beat them again at TAG-TEAM-TROPOLIS. Devlin issued a challenge, to anyone at the back, any member of the roster who's either a student of the Dojo or graduated... to step up, and fight him for the title. Outstepped, Ryuu Kazuhiko. A former NJFC talent, now a trainer at the Dragon's Dojo. The fans popped at the sight of him as Brennan Devlin looked around at his companions, wondering who the hell this guy was strolling down to the ring. Devlin began to chuckle as Kazuhiko stared him down from the ring apron, his devil eyes piercing into him. Devlin laughed it off, inviting Kazuhiko into the ring. Kazuhiko entered the ring and Devlin offered him the microphone to respond. Kazuhiko stared at it for a moment, before knocking it away and staring back into the eyes of Devlin, who looked a little concerned.
Main Event NJFC Global Championship Brennan Devlin vs. Ryuu Kazuhiko 'The Rising Son' Ryuu Kazuhiko hadn't been seen in a NJFC in over three years but the fans hadn't forgotten him and were firmly behind him as he started the match off in a blaze. The disrespect that Devlin had shown had clearly gotten under the skin of Kazuhiko and he was making his frustrations known, beating it out on the NJFC Global Champion. The referee had to intervene, getting between them as Devlin managed to get a grasp on the ropes. Kazuhiko was clearly in an emotional state, having to be calmed down by the official as Devlin recuperated from the early onslaught. As Kazuhiko turned to continue with his attack, Devlin caught him off guard with a Pele kick. He followed this with a snapmare takedown and a boot to the chest of the seated Kazuhiko. ' The Face of Wrestling' smiled and stretched his arms out wide as Devlin-Gun applauded him from the outside of the ring. The fans started to applaud and cheer and Devlin basked in it, thinking that they were for him when in reality, they were for The Rising Son, Kazuhiko, who was back on his feet. He greeted him with a barrel of machine gun chops to the chest, leading him to the corner of the ring to deliver them. Avalon Vega leaped onto the apron and garnered the attention of the referee, who pleaded with her to get down. This allowed an opening for The Face of Wrestling, who evaded a chop attempt from Kazuhiko and raked his eyes! The fans started to boo as Devlin smirked, running toward the ropes as Kazuhiko struggled to stay on his feet. Devlin returned, performing his finishing Face Time (curb stomp) for the win! Winner: Brennan Devlin (03:50) (Still NJFC Global Champion) (1st defense)
Once the match was over, Devlin-Gun flooded the ring and continued to beatdown Ryuu Kazuhiko. Boo's echoed through the Dragon's Dojo as Brennan Devlin got back on the microphone and announced himself as the new head trainer of the Dragon's Dojo. He claimed that with him as the head of the Dojo, the future of Japanese wrestling could be saved by a Japanese wrestling legend, himself. He then stated that there was no one good enough on the roster to compete with him, especially MYOJIN, reminding everyone yet again that he beat them for the title. The Face of Wrestling would say that this was his era and that he was never going to lose the Global Championship. Suddenly, the lights in the Dojo dimmed and outstepped through the curtains, 'Glorious Weapon', Hiro Omigawa. Omigawa stepped out to cheers echoing through the Dojo. The Face of Wrestling glared at him, curiously, as Omigawa signaled for his title and gestured towards his own waist, popping the crowd as the show came to an end.

New Japan Fighting Championship presents Road to Tag-Team-Tropolis Saturday 17th June, 2023. LIVE! From the Dojo of Dragons in Tokyo, Japan. Attendance: 500 fans allowed access, limited tickets. Exclusive streaming to Frontier Plus15 minute time limit
Mitsuo Shimada, VLADISLAV, Katrina Papadakis & Ricky Valero vs. Shiro Ibushi, Moonlight Rose, Leo Lions & Trey Bouchet The opening match of the night was a hot eight-man tag match. Starting off the action in the ring was Ricky Valero & Shiro Ibushi, with both men picking up where they left off a few nights ago. Valero gained the upper-hand in the early proceedings, twisting Ibushi in and out with a variety of holds. He made the tag to his partner of the week before Katrina, who continued the onslaught.
Hair grabs, eye pokes, and slaps to the face. The Greek Goddess was up for playing dirty, taking a note out of Devlin's playbook by raking in the eyes of Ibushi. The referee warned Katrina that if she pulled another stunt like that, it would disqualify her and her team. Whilst she argued with him, Ibushi tagged Moonlight Rose, who immediately sprung herself toward Katrina, grabbing her by her hair and yanking her down to the canvas, repaying the maneuver from a few nights ago. She mounted on top of her, delivering a flurry of stiff strikes as the crowd encouraged her, applauding. Rose stopped, getting to her feet and roaring to the crowd as Katrina gradually ascended, Moonlight Rose nailed her with The Silver Bullet (ripcord lariat)! She covered, but immediately Valero swarmed the ring, breaking up the pin. Valero would evade Ibushi's attack, sending him through the ropes and to the outside, before launching himself over the top rope for a Tope Con Hilo! In the ring, Moonlight Rose had made the tag to Leon Lions whilst Katrina tagged Shimada in.
The two offered a quick of technical wrestling, trying to one up each other as they went from hold to hold, alternating. Arm drag for arm drag, headlock for headlock, a shoulder barge from Shimada would see Lions lying on the canvas for a few seconds. Shimada bounced off the ropes and Lions was back up on his feet, ready to greet Shimada with a clothesline, but he evaded, sliding underneath his arm. A side headlock slam by Shimada would be followed by a kip-up to evade from Lions, and they were immediately back up on their feet. Lions blocked a strike attempt from Shimada and delivered a crisp superkick that left Shimada rocking back and forth. Shimada returned with one of his own and both men were dazed.
They met in the centre of the ring, exchanging strikes in quick succession, with each strike hitter harder. Shimada won the exchange, cornering Leo Lions and Irish whipped him to the ropes. Lions reversed and Shimada faked the rebound. Lions leaped into the air, anticipating Shimada's return but he didn't. Instead, Shimada delayed his attack, choosing to go as soon as Lions landed on the canvas. He swept him off his feet with a low drop kick to the knees, followed by a Snapmare takedown and a basement dropkick. He struck his signature pose in the centre of the ring, looking up toward the heavens and pointing toward it, as the fans applauded him for his efforts.
Suddenly, the applause came to a halt. Gasps reverberated through the Dojo. VLADISLAV, Shimada's own teammate, delivered a penalty kick to the back of Shimada! VLADISLAV lifted him up, performing a snap powerbomb as Leo Lions rose to his feet, bewildered as back up on his he tagged out to The Suplexpert, Trey Bouchet. Bouchet entered the fray, tiptoeing past VLADISLAV, who was vacant, coldly staring at the lifeless Shimada, as Bouchet finished Shimada off with his finisher, 'Com Plex' (Jackhammer suplex) for the win! Winners: Shiro Ibushi, Moonlight Rose, Leo Lions & Trey Bouchet (13:22)
POST MATCH
VLADISLAV performed his signature Kowalski's KO: Rolling Elbow (Adopted from his father, Stanislaw).
The lights in the arena suddenly went dim and out from the curtain came The Mad King, Michael Kelly, manically laughing to himself as he made his way down to the ring to a chorus of jeers. VLADISLAV didn't even react, continuing to coldly glare at the helpless Shimada, who was reaching out for someone. And that someone was The Mad King, with a microphone in hand, kneeling over him with a grin stretching across his mouth. He grabbed Shimada by his hair and told him that his time as The Gatekeeper of New Japan, was over. The Mad King would say that Shimada wasn't needed anymore and what NJFC really needed was an Emperor.
"The Mad King will become The Emperor Of New Japan." he uttered, tossing Shimada towards VLADISLAV afterwards.
"Those who are with me will walk along the Mad King’s Road."
VLADISLAV delivered his finishing The Iron Curtain (Burning Hammer)
"Those who are not will fall where they stand."
VLADISLAV and TMK stood over the fallen Shimada, fist bumping as students from the Dojo flooded the ring to tend to Shimada.
Avalon Vega & Cannon vs. Avery Smith & Jessica Carter Boo's echoed through the Dojo as Avalon Vega & Cannon made their way to the ring, sporting their Devlin-Gun tee's as the sister team of Avery Smith and Jessica Carter waited in the ring. Avalon and Avery started the action in the ring and Vega would welcome Smith with some of the stiffest chops you'll ever see. She Irish whipped Smith into the ropes before dropping her down to the canvas with a shoulder barge. Vega hoisted her up onto her shoulders in an electric chair driver position, and made her way over to her corner, where Cannon tagged in. He springboarded himself onto the top rope and delivered an impressive flying European uppercut to send Smith flying down, landing hard on the mat.
The fans cringed, Cannon boasted, and Avalon gassed up her youngboy from the apron, applauding. Cannon would walk around Smith, stomping on each limb as she cried out and reached toward her sister, Carter. But Cannon kept her out of reach, repeatedly focusing on the limb, laying the boots into them. The Barrel Dragon performed a gutwrench suplex on Smith, pinning her after but only got a two count. He made the tag to Avery who positioned Avery for a powerbomb. She managed to slip through the legs of Avalon and finally made the tag to Carter. Carter raced into the ring, dropping Vega with a dropkick. She ran towards Cannon who was on the apron, dropping him with a single leg dropkick. She turned, ducking underneath the arm of Vega and took her down with a one handed bulldog. The fans were very much behind Jessica Carter, applauding her as she rose to her feet. She attempted to go for her "Ass Kisser" hip attack, but Avalon caught her, tightly wrapping her arms around her and locking in the Grounded Sleeper Hold w/Body Scissors, for the win! Winners: Avalon Vega & Cannon (04:57)
Cloudy & Weston Lovejoy vs. Keiji Suzume & Daisuke Chono The Elevated One, Cloudy, started the proceedings off for her team, going head to head with head trainer of the Dragon's Dojo, Daisuke Chono. Chono was still evidently beat up from the last show, yet was still standing, ready to fight. They engaged in a standard collar to elbow tie up, with Chono using his strength to gain advantage. He locked her into a side headlock but Cloudy was quick to push him back into the ropes. However Chono didn't budge, keeping the hold intact and bringing her back to the center of the ring. Cloudy once again pushed him back into the ropes and this time managed to evade his grip, but once Chono returned, he knocked her down to the canvas with a shoulder barge. Cloudy immediately kipped up to her feet, readjusting her hair as she gave Chono a look that left him confused. He approached and Cloudy delivered a superkick, followed by a springboard enziguri. A leaping clothesline took Chono off his feet completely and the fans roared, applauding Cloudy as she played to them, stunting whilst Chono made his way to the corner for the tag.
Keiji Suzume charged towards Cloudy but she evaded, ducking underneath his arm before nailing the Pele kick to the head. She made the tag to Weston Lovejoy who sprung into the action with a Sling Blade on Suzume. Lovejoy tagged Cloudy back in and the duo combined with a series of elbow strikes in the corner of the ring. Cloudy tagged Lovejoy back in and the duo dropped Suzume with a double dropkick. Lovejoy delivered shoot kicks to the chest of Suzume, which the fans adored, and cheer him for as he brought Suzume up onto their feet, connecting with Crucifix Elbow Strikes before hitting him with Stick Stickly (Bicycle Knee Strike). He made the tag to Cloudy who was up on the top rope. Daisuke Chono charged into the ring, trying to intervene but Lovejoy stopped him, taking him down to the canvas and performing one of his finishing move - A Moment of Sincerity ( Wrist-Clutch Stomps to the head ). Cloudy levelled herself on the top rope, propelling herself off for “The Spins 🕊” (630 Senton) to secure the win! Winners: Cloudy & Weston Lovejoy (07:29)
Lily Blaise & Lyra Nickols vs. Arashi Takeda & Masayuki Asami Blaise and Nickols had already established themselves as up and comers in the Fighting Spirit division, with both competitors putting on quite the display at A New Hope, where they up against each other. Now, they were tag team partners and had been working hard getting accustomed to one another building up to Tag-Team-Tropolis, and that was evident straight off the mark. Lily Blaise started the action and she easily gained control of Arashi Takeda. She took him down to the canvas with snapmare before delivering snap kicks to the back. Takeda showed his fighting spirit, shaking his head in disapproval as he rose to his feet, challenging Blaise to deliver more. She smirked, faking a shoot kick attempt and kicked him in the gut. She delivered a snap suplex into a pin, but Takeda kicked out at one. She tagged Nickols in who greeted Takeda with loud stiff chops that echoed through the Dojo. Bad Influence, Lyra Nickols, followed this up with a Yakuza kick to Takeda, and the Snake Bit (ripcord elbow). Asami attempted to intervene but Pro Wrestling Glamour, Lily Blaise, was already on him from behind, Deglamourizer (Backstabber into a Rear Naked Choke)! Meanwhile, Lyra had Takeda in the 20 Year Slumber (Dragon Sleeper with Body Scissors), forcing Takeda to tap out! Winners: Lily Blaise & Lyra Nickols (03:30)
Brogan Levandrier vs. Shikimi Kurokawa The Timeless Wanderer, Shikimi Kurokawa, already had fans in the Dragon's Dojo, cheering her on as she made her way to the ring. The former YUGEN World Champion. The Boozy Brawler, Brogan Levandrier, waited for her in the ring, not taking her eyes off of her as she entered. The bell rang and the two competitors remained stationary, taking in the moment as the fans applauded, anticipating a classic between two pro wrestling dynasties. Brogan smirked, making the first move as she circled the ring, initiating a tie-up in the centre.
They engaged and Shikimi managed to gain the upper-hand, manipulating the arm and wrists of Brogan. Brogan countered, slapping down at her hands to release the hold and attempting a suplex, but Shikimi evaded. They engaged in a battle of strikes, elbows for elbows, forearms for forearms, open palms for open palms. They staggered, struggling to remain on their feet as the fans applauded them for their efforts. Brogan dropped Shikimi with a snap DDT which she transitioned into a Fujiwara armbar. Shikimi made it to the ropes to enforce the break, and the two were back up on their feet.
Suddenly, Brogan took off to the ropes, returning with a knee strike. Shikimi stumbled back into the ropes, returning with a Roundhouse kick. Brogan stumbled back, attempting a running back elbow but Shikimi countered, ducking underneath before delivering kicks to the thighs. The series of kicks culminated with a Kawada shoot kick but Brogan was somehow still standing, smiling even, as she caught the leg of Shikimi, and dropped her with a standing release suplex. Shikimi was on the apron, and Brogan rolled herself onto it, joining her.
The two engaged in a series of elbow strikes on the apron. The Boozy Brawler attempted another suplex but Shikimi escaped, performing a snap suplex of her own on the apron! Brogan rolled on the outside, arching her back as Shikimi climbed the ropes, positioning herself. She flew, connecting with a missile dropkick to Brogan! The Timeless Wanderer rolled Brogan back into the ring and performed her finishing Tsujigiri-Ryū #1 (Pumphandle STO) for the win! Winner: Shikimi Kurokawa (14:41)
The World Over Heaven vs. The Renjas The main event of the evening saw two teams involved in the Tag-Team-Tropolis tournament going head to head. The World Over Heaven received a thunderous reception as they made their way to the ring. Mallory Bennett and Renja Buru started the proceedings in the ring and it was a fast start from both competitors. Buru tried to bamboozle Bennett, using his lucha-libre style to escape several scenarios, which frustrated Bennett. Buru tagged out to Ake and Ake continued to frustrate Mal, taking her down with a springboard arm-drag, and followed this up with a single leg-dropkick. He posed in the centre of the ring, being joined by his partner Renja Buru afterwards, striking their signature Power Ranger pose. Mallory finally managed to ground him with a Lous thesz press, mounting on top of him to land a few stiff strikes afterwards.“The Patron Saint of Harm’s Way”, Mal wowed the crowd as she brought her intensity, delivering hard hitting strikes as Renja Buru attempted to stop her.
“Osaka's Golden Sun” also entered the ring, throwing Buru to the outside. Myo then performed a Tope Con Hilo, playing up to the fans afterwards, who applauded them! She brought Ake back up to his feet and over to her corner and tagged MYOJIN. They performed the Flux And Flow With It, with Mal and Myo double irish-whip an Ake to the ropes. On the rebound Mal hits them with a drop toe hold and Myo hits a front dropkick to their head. MYO went for the pin but only the two. He stumbled back to Mal who lifted them up for an assisted double knee backbreaker by Myōjin. Renja Buru had finally recovered and was on the apron, positioned for a springboard manuever, but as he floated into the ring, Mallory connected with The Last Word spear, whilst MYO readied themselves on the top rope. New Japan Fighting Championship presents Road to Tag-Team-Tropolis Monday 19th June, 2023. LIVE! From the Dojo of Dragons in Tokyo, Japan. Attendance: 500 fans allowed access, limited tickets. Exclusive streaming to Frontier Plus15 minute time limit
Katrina Papadakis vs. Moonlight Rose The first match of the evening involved two competitors who had been clashing throughout the Tag-Team-Tropolis tour with a lot of animosity between them. The Greek Goddess, Katrina Paadakis was toying with Moonlight Rose in the early proceedings, taking her time on the outside of the ring. Pro Wrestling's Superhero, Moonlight Rose, grew frustrated within. Rose followed her to the outside only for Katrina to return back to the ring, and once Rose returned, Katrina was on her like a rocket, blasting her with ferocious forearms to the back. She grabbed her by her hair and tossed her around the ring, flexing her muscles as strutted around the ring with arrogance, as boo's echoed through the Dragon's Dojo.
Moonlight Rose slowly got to her feet by the corner of the ring, and Katrina charged at her, attempting a big splash but Rose rolled out of the way just in time. She took off to the ropes, bouncing off and sliding underneath the arm of Katrina. Rose delivered a gut kick followed by an elbow to the back of the head, leaving Katrina dazed. Rose irish whipped Katrina into the ropes, dropping her with a dropkick once she returned. Katrina immediately rolled to the outside to recuperate, holding onto her jaw as she complained on the outside, almost throwing a temper tantrum. Moonlight Rose made her way onto the apron and seized the opportunity, hitting Katrina with a running senton to the outside! Rose performed her finishing move, OTK (Destino/Spin out reverse DDT) on the outside before rolling Katrina back into the ring for the win!
Winner: Moonlight Rose (08:43)
AKIO & Hijo de la Muerta vs. Avery Smith & Jessica Carter The second match of the night saw the team of AKIO Tanaka & Hijo de la Muerta team up in preparation for Tag-Team-Tropolis against the sister team of Avery Smith and Jessica Carter, who debuted at the last show. AKIO & Avery Smith started off the action in the ring but AKIO wasn't interested in wrestling. He lazily paraded around the ring, refusing to lock horns with Smith as she initiated several attempts for tie-ups. AKIO tagged himself out & Hijo entered the action, rather confused by the whole ordeal, he locked horns with Smith and wrestled her back into the ropes, forcing a break. He attempted an Irish whip into the opposite ropes but Avery reversed. Hijo returned, ducking underneath Smith's arm and springboarded himself onto the ropes, taking her down with a back elbow. They both got to their feet, and Avery took Hijo down with a snap suplex, impressing the crowd with her brute strength.
Once again they were up again and Hijo returned a snap suplex of his own. He brought her back to her feet and Irish whipped her into the corner. He attempted a handspring back elbow, but she evaded. Avery tagged Jessica in and the two competitors met in the centre of the ring, where Jessica took him down with a diving crossbody. She ran towards the ropes, rebounding off them to perform a Shining Wizard on Hijo, but only got the two count. Jessica tagged Avery back in and the duo attempted a double dropkick on Hijo, but he faked the rebound. For the first time in the match, AKIO started to show some interest in the match. He entered the ring, grabbing Avery from behind and throwing her out of the ring as Hijo locked Jessica in ”Muerte Lock” (Konnan’s “Tequila Sunrise") for the win!
Winners: AKIO & Hijo de la Muerta (06:57)
Devlin-Gun (Devlin, Golding, Vega, & Cannon) vs. DOD (Chono, Kazuhiko, Takeda & Suzume) This match was as straight forward as it gets for Devlin-Gun, as they were up to their usual shenanigans, with Cannon and Vega attacking Tekeda and Suzume on the outside of the ring before the match had even started. The Barrel Dragon, Cannon, targeted Takeda, delivering repeated headbutts as he led him towards the commentary table. Tekeda was busted open and Cannon performed his finishing Cannon Fodder (Cross Rhodes) through the table! Vega on the other-hand, had her hands on Suzume, performing her finishing 'Mama-seat-a' on the outside! Kazuhiko would be taken care of by the NJFC Global Champion himself, who used the title to strike Kazuhiko from behind! Cecily Golding & Daisuke Chono started off in the ring but Chono's focus was evidently on Brennan Devlin, who smirked as he blew his opponent a kiss from the apron. Chono tried to attack him but Devlin jumped down, allowing an opening for Golding to sneak up behind him, looking for a roll-up victory. Chono kicked out at two, and gradually got to his feet as Golding stalked him from behind. She charged at him, connecting with a spear before mounting on top of him and delivering stiff punches to the head. She finished him off with The Golding Cell (Guillotine Choke) for the win!
Winners: Devlin-Gun (03:40)
The Tanahashi Twins vs. Midnight Demon Club The match of the evening was between two teams involved in the Tag-Team-Tropolis tournament. All week Minoru Tanahashi and Silas Romero had been exchanging words on Twitter but now they were exchanging strikes in the ring, battering one another as the fans in the Dragon's Dojo were particularly hot for this one. Whilst Minoru connected with open palm strikes to the chest, Romero responded with shoot kicks to his, with each strike from the two connecting harder than the last. Minoru changed his gameplan, grabbing Romero and nailing him with a European uppercut. Romero stumbled back into the ropes, holding his jaw, before bouncing off of them and delivering a big boot to the face of Minoru. The Black Raion managed to stay on his feet, responding with an enziguri which Romero evaded, grabbing onto the leg of Minoru as he tried to lock in the single leg boston crabb, but Minoru scurried towards the ropes just in time.
The two men rose to their feet and circled the ring once more as the fans applauded them for their display thus far. They engaged in a standard collar to elbow and jockeyed in position, testing their strength as they pushed one another against the ropes, alternating positions. The referee asked for a clean break as Minoru had Romero up against the ropes and he slowly released him, faking a strike as he gently patted his opponent on the chest. Romero immediately went on the attack, grabbing Minoru and holding him up against the ropes, where he connected with several Muay thai knee's to the midsection. The referee called for a clean break and Romero gradually released Minoru, breaking away before slapping Minoru. Minoru responded with a knife edge chop, and Romero responded with a shoot kick, and the two were back at it again, alternating between strikes.
Again Minoru was the first to change his tactics, delivering a low punch to the thigh of Romero followed by a low kick to the other. He ran to the ropes, as Romero dropped to a knee, struggling as Minoru bounced off of the ropes. Suddenly, Romero sprung back into life, stunning Minoru with a step-up enziguri. The Knockout Supreme followed this with a superkick, forcing Minoru to turn around, staggering a little. Romero ran up behind him, looking for a German suplex - but Minoru landed on his feet, and delivering a German suplex of his own! All of a sudden, both men were in their corners. Noa Skye & Mayumi Tanahashi hadn't seen the action and they were pleading to go at it, with both of the guys tagging out.
The crowd went hot again as both competitors entered the ring and engaged in a high-speed affair. Sky Child, Mayumi Tanahashi, took Noa down with two consecutive Japanese arm drags, with the third transitioning into an armbar submission. The Green Haired Doll, Noa Skye, used her legs to get to the ropes and forced the break, with the two getting back to their feet afterwards. Mayumi ran towards Noa who responded with a step up enziguri, stunning Mayumi. She followed this with an impressive Satellite DDT that saw Mayumi roll to the outside of the ring. Noa rolled to the outside herself and as Mayumi recovered by the barricade, she ran toward her, looking for a splash but Mayumi sidestepped, delivering an enziguri of her own. She jumped onto the apron and performed a springboard moonsault onto Noa, eliciting applause from those in the Dragon's Dojo.
She rolled Noa back into the ring and scaled the ropes as Noa laid flat in the ring. Noa suddenly sprung back into action, joining Mayumi on the top rope as she delivering stiff forearms to her face. She positioned her for a superplex off the top rope, but Mayumi fought her way out of it, striking Noa in the mid-section so that she slowly released her grip. Noa staggered backwards and Mayumi jumped up and over her, rolling through afterwards before getting to her feet. The two then ran towards each other, with Noa hitting a cutter out of nowhere on Mayumi! They rose to their feet and this time it was Mayumi with a Headscissors takedown! Once again, they were back up and Noa Skye ducked underneath the arm of Mayumi, bounced off of the ropes to perform a Slingblade to Mayumi. They were back up again and the Dragon's Dojo was electric, as the both competitors displayed their fighting spirit, butting heads in the centre of the ring before exchanging strikes. Suddenly, Silas Romero and Minoru Tanahashi were both in the ring two, exchanging strikes on either side of their partners. The bell suddenly rang and the time limit had been reached, declaring this contest as a draw!

Ricky Valero & Sears by Blood vs. Shiro Ibushi, Leo Lions & Trey Bouchet The night's main event saw the team of Ricky Valero and Shiro Ibushi started off the action that was immediately taken to the outside of the ring. Valero wanted to make an example out of Ibushi, particularly after the loss he suffered a few days before. He threw him into a section of the crowd, performing a snap suplex into a stack of chairs before being ordered to bring the action back into the ring.
Once he did, he immediately went for the pin but Ibushi kicked out at two, arching his back as he rolled towards his corner. Valero kept on with the attack, stomping on the back of Ibushi as he brought him back towards the centre of the ring. Ibushi used his free leg to kick Valero in the face, getting to his feet and following this with a stiff chop to the chest. He followed this with another, and another... and another, as the red of Valero turned red yet again, as it had earlier on in the tour. Ibushi wasn't done with the punishment, as he Irish whipped Valero towards the ropes, Valero rebounded and Ibushi looked for a discus lariat, but Valero evaded. A pele kick rocked Ibushi and Valero attempted an elevated DDT, but Ibushi countered, dropping him with a backdrop suplex.
He tagged in Trey Bouchet and The Suplexpert was doing what he did best, suplex, after suplex! A gutwrench to pick Valero up before slamming was first, followed by snap Dragon suplex. Bouchet Irish whipped Valero back into the corner and tagged in Leo Lions. Lions springboard into the ring, performing a flying forearm as Lions dropped Valero with another Dragon suplex simultaneously!
Leo went for the pin but Valero kicked out at two. Leo tagged Ibushi back in and the duo looked to combine with a forearm smash in the corner, with Leo whipping Ibushi towards Valero. Valero countered, kicking Ibushi in the face and knocking Bouchet off the apron with a forearm. Lions ran towards him and Valero hoisted him up onto his shoulders, carrying Lions back into his corner, where he performed a buckle bomb before finally tagging Jessica Sears!
Sears exploded into the action with a flying forearm smash to Ibushi! She turned, dropping Lions with a punch, punch, kick combination! She followed this up with The Dixon Arrow (swinging DDT), and all three opponents were recuperating on the outsde. She tagged in her brother Zach before performing her signature “Wings of Kennedy” [Asai Moonsault] to the outside! She rolled the legal man, Shiro Ibushi, back into the ring. The Demon Knight stalked his prey, before connecting with his signature “Indignation v2” (Discus Elbow Smash), which he followed up with “Demonic Chaos” (Kimura Lock) for the win!
